"The Three Days EP was a simple concept ... Introduce songs from the upcoming studio release ("But I've Seen the Stars") in an honest and stripped-down form. So, in a studio in Milwaukee, we recorded three of the new songs and one cover song (Peter Gabriel's "Don't Give Up"), each with different formations (solo, duo, three and four piece) and all on one microphone. The microphone was placed in the center of the room and the levels of each instrument are based off of the musician’s proximity to the mic." — Mike Mangione
