Shipping policy

Shipping to United States and Canada only. Special requests to other countries may be made by sending a request to media @ tobinstitute.org, and we have the right decline any request. While a tracking number for international orders will be provided, TOB Institute Store is not liable for international tracking once the package has left the United States. 

TOB Institute store expects that all address submitted with orders are accurate and clear for the carrier. Incorrect addresses that accrue return fees to the Institute may be applied to the customer's card with a note in advance from TOB Institute explaining the situation.
